Important attributes for fitness coaches are nearly the same as for Goalkeeping ones with a single difference:- Fitness;
- Determination, Level of Discipline, Motivating and Man Management;
- Working with Youngsters is necessary for training young players (U18);
- Adaptability can be important if your coach is foreign and has not worked in your club’s nation.
